One of my favorite Christmas activities- that unfortunately I have not been able to do enough of lately- is to watch Christmas movies. Personally, I’m a Hallmark romance girl but I really do love any Christmas movie. So here are some of the movies that I absolutely love to watch to enjoy the Christmas season.
- Any of the Santa Clause movies- a little bit on the rougher side but still funny.
- The Spruces and the Pines (a Hallmark)
- It’s A Wonderful Life
- The Polar Express
- A Nutcracker Christmas (a Hallmark)
- Elf
- The Grinch (the really old one, the live action one, or the new animated one)
- The Star (AMAZING)
- Christmas Next Door
- Home Alone
- Home Alone 2
- Klaus
- Jingle Jangle
- Arthur Christmas
- The Princess Switch (and the sequels, if you are into cheesy romance)
- A Christmas Prince (and once again, the sequels if you like cheesy romance)
- Christmas on My Mind (a Hallmark)
- Merry Matrimony (a Hallmark)
- Christmas with a Prince
- White Christmas
- Hometown Holiday
- Christmas with a View
- Operation Christmas Drop
- A California Christmas
- A California Christmas: City Lights
There are plenty more Christmas movies, but 25 is a lot- especially with Christmas in only four days. But if you were looking for a good movie to cuddle up with, eat some popcorn, and drink some hot chocolate, these are some of the best! A lot of them are either on Netflix or Disney+, or can be found at a library if you have one near you!
